"Wisdom in everything that you do"

 I am getting older!

I am turning 28th this coming October, and honestly hoping that I am still sixteen years old, but Praise  God! He showed me a lot of different faces of life at this age. I got some nuggets of wisdom in  knowing Him and this life full of mysteries.

These past few days, I have been through a lot of things and thinking and balancing so many things. I  got so tired of it and wanted to just quit everything and sit down and have a sip of coffee. The moment  I wanted to get rid of where  I am, God always rescues me in my own thoughts.

This is my piece of advice to myself before heading to another year of God's faithfulness, and to you  too!

A STEWARD of what I have right now:

Talents and Skills - as time passes by, I have seen many revelations in my own life. I have  discovered unseen talents and skills that I didn't know that I can do. It is so amazing! How am I going  to enriched and use these God given abilities are the most important thing-- it is not the what? but  how? where? when? why? will help me check everything and use it according to His purpose!

Money - I don't have millions of dollars in my bank account, but I realized that it is not about how  huge my money is, but where am I going to invest it? Should I just spend it in buying branded clothes,  shoes, and live a one day millionaire?

Money doesn't value us, we give value to our money. Where you use it, determines your self. We  should ask wisdom from God to guide us and so that this money will not be wasted. The top wisdom  that I have learned lately is that, I HAVE TO STICK TO MY BUDGET! So that I won't end up  wondering, where did my money go? This is very important, so that it will go to where it is intended to  go. A good steward of God's resources. A good discipline. Pray before spending.

Health - is wealth! I have to watch my health. I have to eat, sleep, and exercise. I have to get rid of  unnecessary stressors in life. Health is always one of the best investment that we need to look after.

Friendship - this is just one form of  relationship in this world. This is one of the essential things in  life that apart from my precious family, God gave me people to cherish. Knowing that you have at least  5 out of 100 people who are really your true friends, that is more than enough. BE A KEEPER.

Family -I just finished my reading this morning and I am led to read the book of Mark. I am so  refreshed! " Honor your Father and Mother" Mark 7:10.  This is not just only about the words,  thoughts and deeds, but also providing them their clothing,  food, shelter, especially in poverty and old  age. Remember: Your family is your first ministry.

Work - well.. there are times where we don't enjoy what we are currently doing at work and wanting  to  get rid of it! I am truly one of these people. I really had a hard head knock on this. This is a gift of  God, this is a blessing and I am blessed to work here in Qatar. God has provided me this job in order  for me to provide and a blessing to my family and other people. In order for me to feed myself as well.
I decided to find joy in everything that I do, not for me, but for the Glory of God and to honour my  parents. And yeah! I am seeing things in different perspective now!

Studies - This. I felt so exhausted and pressured joggling things lately. I admit, I was so discouraged for not studying but to what I am expecting in class. Later on I realized that I am in here right now because I have prayed for it! I enrolled for it! and I will graduate! I should look forward to what is the end of this tunnel to keep me fueled up!

TIME -  No one can beat the time. Time flies. It will not come back. Spending my time wisely. I have to think of how to make it SUPER VALUABLE! So that when the time comes and I am old. I can say, In my time, I have done a lot of meaningful things in life. I have allotted the time that God has given me to do what I should do before I die.

Spend time with myself. Spend time with my family. Spend time with my friends. Spend time to sleep. Spend time to read His Word. Spend time to relax. Spend time to study. Spend time to work. Spend time to extend hands to people. Most importantly, to spend time with the Lord.

 A good and faithful steward.
